Fermenthings focus on fermentation and can host an introduction to the tastes of : miso, kimchi, lacto-fermented vegetables, spiced sauces, umeboshi… Including presentations on the methods of fabrication: Kombucha, Kefir, Sourdough, Sauerkraut, Gingerbug… And of course, degustation of Ciders, Beers or Kombucha. Can also add a coffee initiation: Cupping / aeropress / Siphon.
