This spacious industrial place is located right next to the Brussels Canal. Unending possibilities of events can be setup here with its versatility, ranging from using it as office space, co-working space, for workshops, meetings, conferences, launch parties, various exhibits, photo shoots, lunches and many more! You can even design it the way you want it to make it look fabulous for your event.

We also offer workshops (Wood Workshop, Silkscreen Studio, Laser Cutter) with complete machines, tools and equipments readily available.

We also have different small rooms that can accommodate a maximum of 10 persons for your meetings. These include a big table, chairs and a beamer. For our available office and co-working space: coffee, water, printing & wifi included.

For all other events, we have 2 huge spaces (550sqm and 520 sqm) available with different looks which can cater 50 to 300 persons.
